Within her practice in international law firms, Dominika Chabowska assisted international holding groups in relation with their investments in Poland, providing ongoing assistance in business operations of Polish subsidiaries, as well as in their restructuring. She assisted in number of M&A transactions in diverse industry sectors, both on the sale and acquisition side. She has significant experience in comprehensive legal assistance in M&A transactions both for strategic and financial investors, including private equity houses.

Within her practice, she also handled legal assistance in number of real estate transactions, including, advice to international development companies in their investments regarding construction of commercial buildings, financed with the external financing or by the financial co-investor.
