Master of Law at the University of Warsaw, 1993. Between 1997 and 2012 at Baker & McKenzie, since 2007 as a Partner at Mergers & Acquisitions practice group. Earlier he worked as an in house lawyer at ING group, as well as in the governmental administration.

During his long standing practice at Baker & McKenzie he practiced M&A, advised in transactions both for strategic and financial investors. He has excellent expertise in legal assistance concerning investments in commercial centers and other commercial real estate.

He also practiced environmental law and regulatory issues in diverse branches of economy. Nominated "recommended" lawyer in The Legal 500 ranking in the field of „Energy and natural resources”, 2012 edition.

He represented clients before courts and in arbitration.
